This is a case report on popliteal artery entrapment in a 25-year-old Somali male, who presented with intermittent claudication of the right foot and calf. Angiography demonstrated occlusion and medial deviation of the right popliteal artery. This was treated by resection and arterial graft and correction of the anatomical anormality.
