Answer A. Acoustic neuroma
This patient is presenting with unilateral tinnitus with examination findings consistent with sensorineural hearing loss. Acoustic neuroma is the only option that fits with that description. Cholesteatoma and ear wax present with subjective unilateral tinnitus and conducting hearing loss. Ear wax can also be a bilateral finding. Otosclerosis can present with unilateral or bilateral tinnitus with conductive hearing loss and presbycusis usually presents in older people with bilateral tinnitus and sensorineural hearing loss.
