A 73-year-old patient who had a total hip replacement 6 weeks ago comes to see you. Since going back to his daily routine he has noticed that his memory is not good and he is more forgetful than usual. He felt normal when he left hospital, but now he has noticed that his mental function is not very good. He is unable to multitask or even concentrate when doing simple tasks. His family has also noticed a change in his behaviour.
