Abstract

Answer C. Rosacea
The history and examination are typical of rosacea. The image shows papules and pustules as well as telangiectasia. There is evidence of flushing. It also shows sparing of the peri-oral area. Acne will usually be made obvious with comedones and seborrheic dermatitis presents with flaking and dry skin around the scalp, eyebrows and the naso-labial fold.
