The staff at a care home report behavioural changes in an 82-year-old lady with dementia. In recent weeks she has been more agitated and restless. This typically happens in the evening time when light is starting to fade. It continues to get worse overnight when she is more restless and starts pacing around. She is fine in the morning with no reported symptoms.
