Abstract

Answer A. Hypercalaemia
Women with breast cancer are more likely to have bone metastases. This can cause hypercalcaemia. Fatigue and lethargy can have multiple causes, especially in people who have palliative care needs. The other electrolyte disturbances are less likely to be the cause of fatigue or lethargy in this patient.
