Answer A. Colonoscopy every 2 years
Lynch syndrome (hereditary non-polyposis colorectal cancer) is inherited in an autosomal dominant fashion and affected individuals have up to a 68% risk of developing colorectal cancer in their lifetime. Therefore, individuals are advised to attend a 2-yearly colonoscopy either from age 25 or 35, depending on the particular genetic variant. Endometrial and ovarian malignancy screening is not recommended, and gastric, small bowel and pancreatic surveillance is not recommended either.
