Answer A. Clobetasone proprionate cream
The clinical picture is of lichen sclerosis of the vulva. Initial treatment includes emollients as well as an induction regimen using clobetasone proprionate 0.05% cream, starting with daily application for 1 month, alternative days for 1 month then twice weekly for 1 month.
