You see a 12-year-old boy who presents with a 1-week history of redness and swelling of his left elbow region. It is now also starting to affect his right side as well. He suffers with eczema in both regions, which has been itchier recently and he has been scratching profusely. On examination, both areas are warm to touch and slightly swollen. He has a penicillin allergy.
