Abstract

Answer C. Femoroacetabular impingement
Femoroacetabular impingement is a painful syndrome resulting from premature contact between the femur and acetabulum. The predominant symptom is pain in the hip and groin from movements or positions. There may also be clicking, locking, stiffness and a restricted range of motion. The FADDIR (flexion, adduction, internal rotation) test will often reproduce the pain.
