Evaluating educational data from the extranet: Implications for the effectiveness of various teaching methods

The purpose of this study was to reinforce the recommendation for Kyrgyzstan to enhance its engagement with the platform and to support its further development. The methodology comprised theoretical analysis, a survey of 150 respondents from Kyrgyzstan, and a SWOT analysis to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats associated with the use of the Extranet in the investigative process. The study analysed the Extranet network during the investigative phase, revealing key aspects of its impact on the efficiency of initiation and interaction among participants in the initial process. The main findings of the research include the development of theoretical foundations, the practical implementation of the platform, and training among students, depositors, and administrative staff. It was found that the Extranet facilitates quicker access to primary materials and improves communication between participants in the process. However, technical limitations were identified, such as unstable internet access and deficiencies in the digital literacy of correspondents. The SWOT analysis revealed the system’s strengths and weaknesses, as well as opportunities for development through the integration of new technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning. The findings demonstrate that the Extranet holds significant potential for enhancing interoperability globally, though this will require improvements in technical infrastructure and increased digital literacy among users. Evidence from the study further underlines the importance of optimising the platform to expand its capabilities, particularly by improving access stability and introducing additional features for interactive engagement. The practical significance of this recommendation lies in the effective use of the Extranet within educational settings, which can enhance the quality of initial processes, foster student participation, and ensure greater security, as well as a more interactive and personalised experience.
