For this Book Review in November 2017 issue of International Journal of Christianity & Education, editors would like to add the following clarification:

The International Journal of Christianity & Education regrets that there was a publication error in the book review of “Faith Ed.: Teaching About Religion in an Age of Intolerance” published in Volume 21, Issue 3. The author of the book is Linda K Wertheimer, an award-winning education writer and former education editor for the Boston Globe; not Linda Wertheimer of National Public Radio.

Also, there are a couple of additional corrections given below.

Page 244: Paragraph 1 reads as follows: Linda Wertheimer's voice considerable storytelling skills are employed in this book as she explores religious intolerance in schools. A rash of anti-Semitic incidents in her own progressive, affluent suburb triggered worries that her son would share her own experiences of childhood intolerance as a Jewish girl in a Christian community. She wondered what schools could do to battle intolerance, and she visited communities where religious conflict made headlines to investigate. The result is an engaging work of narrative journalism.
