Abstract

Desire is the key to motivation, but its determination and commitment to an unrelenting pursuit of your goal—a commitment to excellence—that will enable you to attain the success you seek.
Dear Readers,
This issue marks the end of the 11th year of Asia-Pacific Journal of Management Research and Innovation (APJMRI). Thanks to the adamantine foundations laid by its founding members and subsequent predecessors; its overwhelming support received from authors, reviewers and readers; and lastly, the continued assistance and cooperation from the SAGE team, the journal has been thriving since its inceptions. This is clearly evident from the substantial increase in the number of submissions and rejection rates, and its overwhelming increase in subscription base.
The above quote by Mario Andretti is what we believe in and try to imbibe it in letter and spirit into our journal publication. This time, in ‘commitment to excellence’, it is our small endeavour to include only eight scholarly research works in our journal (Vol. XI, Issue no. IV) that will shed some light on the ever-changing and challenging aspects of management research.
Any reputed journal is always double-blind peer reviewed, and so is ours. Given the last year’s number of submissions, we are in urgent need of a large pool of competent reviewers for managing and smoothing the flow of the publication process. Please do send us your CVs for consideration of empanelment.
We would like to thank all the contributors for their valuable insights in highlighting the issues faced in management fields. We sincerely hope that the readers and subscribers will find this issue informative, interesting and, from our end, another small effort towards attaining excellence.
