Special thanks to Hannes Zacher, who readily stood in as managing editor for one article.
Meanwhile we have increased our editorial team in 2017 and are pleased to welcome three sages as Associate Editors.
Martin Schneider is Professor of Human Resource Management at the University of Paderborn in Germany. His research interests include the socio-economic approach to HRM, cross-country comparisons and qualitative comparative analysis (QCA). Martin was acting chair of the HRM section of the German Academic Association for Business Research from 2015 to 2017 and has been a co-opted editor of GHRM since 2015. He will be more hands-on with regard to the Journal and is sure to make a significant contribution to GHRM.
Stephan Kaiser takes over from Martin Schneider as chair of the HRM section of the German Academic Association for Business Research. Stephan is Professor of Human Resource Management and Organization Theory at the Universität der Bundeswehr München in Germany. He will act as a co-opted editor, paying special attention to the relationship of GHRM to the German-speaking HRM community.
Anders Dysvik is Professor at the Department of Leadership and Organizational Behavior at the BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo, Norway. His research areas include HRM (e.g. training and development, pay systems, performance management, supportive HR practices, temporary employment, careers, newcomer socialization), organizational behaviour (e.g. motivation, stressors, work performance, helping behaviours, turnover, knowledge sharing, knowledge hiding, creativity, innovation) and leadership (e.g. perceived supervisor support, leader–member exchange). With Anders in our team of editors we are more international and closer to thinking in Scandinavia.
Now it is down to work on the next issues of Volume 32. We continue to welcome submissions of original work in the areas of HRM, employment relations, behaviour in organizations and personnel economics.
