The aforementioned article got published with the following two errors:
P.68, Para 2, Line 3- “Marathas also constitute about 60 per cent and 75 per cent of the persons in the management in universities in Maharashtra.” It should be read as: “Marathas also constitute about 60 per cent to 75 per cent of the persons in the management in universities in Maharashtra.” P.69, Para 1, Line 1- “….36.41 per cent, respectively, are graduates, and 15 per cent of Brahmins and 22 per cent of OUCs are postgraduates.” It should be read as: “….36.41 per cent, respectively, are graduates, and 25.86 per cent of Brahmins and 10.14 per cent of OUCs are postgraduates.” The errors are deeply regretted.
