Abstract
The latest in the series of World PM Congresses was held in Orlando, FL on 16–21 June. Considering the turmoil in the travel business since the tragedy of 11 September, the organisers, MPIF, were well satisfied with attendance of 1800, although in better times they might have exceeded 2000. The conference programme itself was a long and complex one, extending over four and a half weekdays and featuring over 300 papers. Dr JOSEPH M. CAPUS reviews the highlights.
