Moderate to low correlations of the Slosson with selected sub-tests and scales of the WISC or WAIS, the Benton, and Raven Matrices suggest that the Slosson aids in the identification of visual-perceptual or motor coordination problems with adolescents of below-average ability. Some racial differences were reflected in the correlations. It is suggested that the Slosson be used only for screening
