This study tested the effects of education on the andragogical orientation of 21 nurses. Short-term effects were demonstrated by a significant change pre- to post-intervention. A positive relationship between higher, presumably more andragogical, levels of education and andragogy controlling for age was supported by correlations of .49 and .38 for pre- and posttest.
