Abstract
We conducted a population variations of whitefly Bemisia tabaci and leaf minerfly Liriomyza huidobrensis and the parasitoid microwaps of L. huidobrensis, Halticoptera arduine (Pteromalidae) and Diglyphus spp. (Eulophidae) by the effect of the botanical extract neem and rotenone with the phenological state of tomato crop variety Heinz 3302, between May (sowing) until beginning of October (harvest) from 1997, in Thjahuana farm in lea. Perú. The design was Complete Randomized Blocks Design with three replicates from each of five treatments. A total of nine evaluations were taken every two-week period: four (vegetative growing), three (flowering) and two (fructification). We observed nymphal states of whitefly increased in flowering and adults in vegetative phase. The leafminer fly showed a high population at initiation of the vegetative state. Adult parasitoids dit not change during the phenological state of the crop.
