Summary
A method for predicting comparative values of nitrogen sources and anabolic protein stimulation by drugs in ruminants has been proposed. The method requires determination of urinary creatinine N% divided by the apparent N digested (expressed as a decimal) in animals with similar N intake per unit body weight.
