Summary
1. Pig muscle contained an average of 0.31 γ of cortisol per 10 g when analyzed by McLaughlin's modification of Sweat's fluorescence method. 2. After inunction of an ointment containing cortisol followed by exposure to ultrasonic energy an average of 0.82 γ per 10 g of muscle was found.
