Summary
The appearance of tritiated 7, 12-dimethylbenz(a)anthracene in blood after oral administration to rats was determined and its distribution in plasma investigated. Initially the radioactivity was associated with neutral fat but after some hours the hydrocarbon migrated on electrophoresis with the albumin fraction.
