Abstract
Summary
Assay of neutralizing antibody to types 1 and 3 parainfluenza viruses in microplates was shown to correlate well with titers obtained by the standard roller tube tissue culture method. The micro-test is efficient, sensitive and sufficiently reproducible to be an acceptable method of assay for these antibodies.
