Summary
The effect of 3′,5′-cyclic AMP on the adrenal desmolase system and on steroidogenesis was studied in the presence or absence of aminoglutethimide. No stimulatory effect was demonstrated. The results are discussed in relation to the possible mechanism of action of cyclic AMP.
