Summary
Salivary apoerythein activity is destroyed at 70°C, but not at higher temperatures up to 100°C; gastric juice apoerythein activity is destroyed at 70°C and at higher temperatures up to 100°C; but gastric mucosal activity is not destroyed appreciably at any temperature up to 100°C.
