Abstract
This paper examines the relationship between human resources management, training policy, knowledge management (KM) and business results. The purpose of our research is to extend the emerging empirical literature on the impact of training in KM and business performance. The results obtained using a sample of Spanish firms indicate that the training policy has a positive and significant effect on company performance and KM.
