Abstract
In this paper we present an identification algorithm of the Preisach distribution from the FORC diagram. This method does not imply the use of an analytical function for the Preisach distribution which makes it very useful when such an approximation is not available. Test problems based on simulations made with the Generalized Preisach Model are presented and the results are discussed.
