Abstract
The traditional evaluation system of physical education reform in colleges and universities is usually designed with I/O module. This evaluation system is not real-time and it is difficult to meet the requirements of many evaluation indexes. In order to solve the problem of weak anti-interference and real-time performance of the evaluation system, this paper designs the evaluation system of College Physical Education Reform Based on wireless sensor network from two aspects of hardware design and software design. The hardware part mainly designs the evaluation interface, evaluation circuit, processor and display; The software part analyzes the principle of software evaluation, develops a new evaluation system and a new software evaluation process, and completes the work through three steps: communication information collection, communication information evaluation processing and information display. Compared with the traditional system, the experimental results show that the system can complete the accurate evaluation in a short time, and can quickly transmit the evaluation results to the LCD, which has strong real-time performance, effectively solves the problem of long delay in the traditional system, ensures the evaluation effect, and improves the quality of teaching reform.

Introduction
The rapid development of physical education in Contemporary Colleges and universities puts forward new problems for physical education reform. The pace of physical education reform is accelerating, and the teaching evaluation process, as an important part of physical education in Colleges and universities, has naturally become an important aspect of the reform. However, there are some problems in the reform of physical education in Colleges and universities, such as one-sided evaluation indicators and low evaluation efficiency. In order to meet the needs of quality education, implement the guiding ideology of “health first” in school education, China’s colleges and universities began to implement the “Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards”, which will have a strong impact on the traditional physical education teaching mode and teaching quality evaluation system. Only by changing the concept, emancipating the mind, and boldly reforming the traditional college physical education teaching mode and its teaching quality evaluation system, can we meet the needs of the development of the times [1].
Reference [2] studies a new teacher evaluation system. Principals are more confident in how to conduct formal classroom observation and pay more attention to student achievement data. Over time, they will pay less attention to other artifacts. In order to improve the quality of classroom teaching and understand the teaching effect in time, a multimedia teaching quality evaluation system in Colleges and universities is established [3]. Combined with genetic algorithm, this paper analyzes the evaluation process and current situation of multimedia teaching in Colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the management of teachers’ basic information, students’ basic information and evaluation relationship from the aspects of multimedia courseware, multimedia classroom teaching process and multimedia teaching effect. The evaluation system of multimedia teaching quality in Colleges and universities is designed, and the evaluation results are tested. However, the above methods have the problem of low evaluation efficiency.
Wireless sensor network (WSN) is a kind of distributed sensor network. Its terminals are sensors that can sense and check the external world [4]. The sensors in WSN communicate through wireless mode, so the network settings are flexible, the location of devices can be changed at any time, and they can also connect with the Internet in wired or wireless mode. A multi hop ad hoc network formed by wireless communication [5, 6]. Therefore, in order to improve the performance of college physical education reform evaluation system and ensure the operation efficiency, this paper uses the advantages of wireless sensor network to design a college physical education reform evaluation system with strong anti-interference ability, strong real-time performance, good accuracy and wide application range, so as to solve the problem of large time delay of traditional system and ensure the evaluation effect.
Evaluation system hardware design
The hardware architecture of the evaluation system of College Physical Education Teaching Reform Based on wireless sensor network is shown in Fig. 1.

The hardware system takes the microprocessor as the core component, and other components mainly include interface converter, analog converter, relay and electrical driver. The system signal is detected through the upper computer communication [7].
The hardware of the system is MCU chip, and the chip model is TWEED4658, the main characteristics of the chip are high integration and high density. It can integrate all mixed signals together, and is compatible with high-speed kernel and TU kernel. After determining the instruction set, it starts to work. The data collected in MCU chip can satisfy all components. Flash memory is applied to external data, which can simulate all peripheral space and expand the function of internal devices. At the same time, adjustable circuit should be set to make each interface enter in a non-invasive way.
The evaluation interface of the system is SPI interface, and the MCU is connected with peripheral chips to form a bus system [8, 9]. The interface of MCU is NSS. The bus evaluation interface composed of internal chip and peripheral chip uses high-level connection. The allowable inflow current of evaluation interface is 4 mA–20 mA. The converter chip separates the main equipment and auxiliary equipment. The evaluation interface is shown in Fig. 2.

There are two kinds of analog circuits for hardware evaluation interface. The first kind of analog circuit is MCU analog circuit, which has 12 ADCs and controls the variable resistor channel. The precision of hardware evaluation interface chip can reach 16 bits, and all the collected data can be applied to the pressure sensor. The second kind of analog circuit is dual chip analog circuit, which has 16 ADC and controls the non variable resistor. The accuracy of channel and hardware evaluation interface chip can reach 26 bits, and all data collected can be applied in propagation sensor [10]. Because there will be errors in the front end of the evaluation system of physical education reform, the value should be accurate to mm. In order to improve the accuracy of the system output evaluation results and reduce the evaluation error, the evaluation system of physical education reform should integrate these two analog circuits. The off chip converter is AD7705, which is used for external channels to help realize signal switching [11].
The integrated circuit of the evaluation system works in I/O mode and uses ULN intelligent chip to control each terminal. The network of transistor array and resistance network array is diode network, and each array has self-driving ability. The working voltage of the integrated circuit of the evaluation system is 220 V. The integrated circuit of the evaluation system is shown in Fig. 3.

The integrated circuit of the evaluation system has four resistors. R1 and R3 are responsible for the evaluation of the upper circuit equipment, and R2 and R4 are responsible for the evaluation of the lower circuit equipment. The integrated circuit of the evaluation system has a key, and the working interface is man-machine interface. When the interference signal enters between R1 and R2, the single chip microcomputer will give an alarm sound, and the relay in the integrated circuit of the evaluation system will continue to dredge and connect each point at the same time [12]. The integrated circuit of the evaluation system has multiple selection modes, and is equipped with alarm light and alarm bell. When the intelligent electronic communication equipment is disturbed by strong signal, the alarm light will automatically light up and the alarm bell will ring [13].
Processor is the core component of evaluation system. In order to ensure the real-time performance of the evaluation results, a clock device is set inside the processor to record the clock signal. The year, month and day of the evaluation are accurate to seconds. The internal chip of the clock device is ZA466 chip, which controls the working state of the clock device through two serial interfaces [14, 15]. The internal structure of the processor is shown in Fig. 4.

The processor is divided into two structures: The upper structure is responsible for communication equipment, the lower structure is responsible for encoder, the clock equipment can be connected with MCU structure and relay structure, and the working sequence is I/O sequence. The processor selected in this paper has high requirements for the internal clock equipment. When determining the timing, the hardware should be in the working state and closely connected. The hardware work should be fully combined with the software work to prevent timing problems, affect the system data transmission and transmission errors.
The display mode is divided into rs-265 display and RS-752 display. The internal chip of the display is MAD586, which can accurately display the evaluation results even in bad external environment [16]. The working voltage of the internal display is 15 KV, the discharge mode is electrostatic radiation, 12 drivers and 12 receivers ensure the real-time performance of the display. When the internal level of the display is bidirectional, the voltage provided by the power supply should be greater than 5 V, the rotation speed of the internal level should be less than 756 kbps, and the differential data line should work at the same time. The results of anti-interference performance display are shown in Fig. 5.

The display result is the same as the differential result of the industry. The serial interface is teea6 interface, and the internal high-energy instantaneous change protection device shall be installed to prevent the system from being affected by the instantaneous noise. The output terminal speed of the driver should be greater than 256 kbps, the speed rate should be controlled, the resistance load should be 1/4 load, and the 6N137 optocoupler should be selected as the interface circuit. The display mainly displays the anti-jamming performance of the converted data, including Xineng, 13 bit data, 16 bit data, 8 bit data and 12 bit data.
Any kind of teaching evaluation theory is produced and developed under certain social and historical conditions [17]. With the establishment and improvement of China’s socialist market economy, the management mode and evaluation system of College Physical Education under the original planned economic system has been difficult to meet the needs of quality education and the reform and development of colleges and universities. Therefore, it is urgent to reform the old college sports management mode and evaluation system, and establish and improve the new management mode and evaluation system.
The software is designed according to the designed system hardware. The main working principle of the software is the fuzzy thought evaluation principle [18]. The calculation process is shown in the following formula.

According to Fig. 6 , the software can be summarized into the followingsteps:
Introduce the evaluation data of college physical education teaching evaluation system. Record the initialization data of intelligent electronic communication equipment, and collect the data in the transmission process through sensors. The collected information is transmitted to the transmission point through the node. The transmission point is used to control the evaluation data to prevent adverse impact on the next acquisition. Process and evaluate the anti-interference performance of college physical education teaching evaluation system, receive sampling information by wireless network, process sampling data by bus system, and analyze and judge the performance of college physical education teaching evaluation system. If the performance of college physical education teaching evaluation system is good, the information alarm system will not start; If the performance of college physical education teaching evaluation system is poor, the information alarm system will restart. The main control system transmits the information from the wireless network to the LCD screen, and uses the A/D converter to display, analyze and process the evaluation results [19]. If the element value of anti-interference performance fluctuates within the normal range, the LCD displays the result in green; If the element value of anti-interference performance fluctuates within the abnormal range, the LCD displays the results in red and sends out an alarm sound to improve performance and wake up employees to take solutions in time.
So far, the design of college physical education teaching reform evaluation system based on wireless sensor network is realized.
Experimental preparation
In order to test the actual working effect of the college physical education curriculum reform evaluation system based on wireless sensor network designed in this paper, set the experimental parameters, select the reference [2] evaluation system and the evaluation system designed in this paper for evaluation, record the time spent in the evaluation process and the time transmitted to the display respectively, and analyze the performance of the two systems according to the experimental results.

According to the above experimental settings, different system evaluation time is obtained, and the experimental results are generated, as shown in Fig. 7.
As shown in Fig. 7, due to the influence of external factors, the time spent in the evaluation process will change irregularly. However, in each evaluation, the system will accumulate experience. When the number of communications reaches more than 6 times, the time spent in the evaluation will be greatly shortened. Although it is difficult to determine the time spent in the evaluation process, the work time of the evaluation system designed in this paper is always lower than that of the traditional system. The evaluation time of traditional system fluctuates between 0.6 s and 1.2 s, while the evaluation time of this system fluctuates between 0.2 s and 0.6 s. The main reason is that the wireless sensor network optimizes the process of communication information collection and transmission, and improves the evaluation efficiency.
Time transmitted to display
Further test the response time of the two systems to verify the performance of the system. This part of time is mainly to evaluate the time of data transmission to the display. The experimental results are shown in Fig. 8.

According to the Fig. 8, when the voltage of the working system is between 0–50 V, the average transmission time of the traditional system is 0.58 s, while when the voltage of the working system is between 50 V–100 V, the average transmission time of the traditional system is as high as 0.83 s. The evaluation results of the system can only be displayed on the LCD screen after a long time. At this time, the anti-interference performance analysis results of the display have no real-time ability Even if the anti-interference ability of the equipment is very poor, the staff can not take measures to solve it in time, and the evaluation work is meaningless.
The average transmission time of the system studied in this paper is 0.18 s when the voltage of the working system is between 0–50 V, and 0.21 s when the voltage of the working system is between 50 V–100 V. The working results are displayed in a short time to effectively ensure the working effect. Once the anti-interference performance of the equipment is found to be poor, the system will automatically propose solutions, which is an efficient and accurate evaluation system unification.
To sum up, the average transmission time of the system designed in this paper is 0.18 s when the operating voltage is 0–50 V and 0.21 s when the operating voltage is 50 V–100 V. The evaluation results of physical education teaching are displayed in a short time to effectively ensure the evaluation effect. Once it is found that the anti-interference performance of the equipment is poor, the evaluation system of College Physical Education Teaching Reform Based on wireless sensor network will automatically put forward a solution. The main reason is that the wireless sensor network optimizes the hardware equipment and communication process and improves the evaluation performance.
Due to the different educational systems in different countries, as well as the differences in political, economic and cultural background, the management mode and evaluation system of college sports show their own characteristics. For many years, the majority of colleges and universities in our country mainly collect the reflection of physical education teaching through the feedback of students or the report of the sports department (room), and the collection time is generally only in the middle and end of the period. Practice has proved that the management mode of physical education in Colleges and universities obviously has the characteristics of planned economy and the traces of traditional education thought. First, it is hard to avoid a certain one sidedness, which is often a reflection of non essence, if it is obtained directly from students without expert diagnosis. The second is the socialization of the functions of colleges and universities, which makes the sports department and the teaching and research section become an administrative organization with a certain number of teaching staff. In this way, it is inevitable to make false reports in order to take care of the local interests of the unit and harmonize the relationship between the staff. Third, the collection of only two sports teaching reflection in a semester and the investigation time is long, it is difficult to solve the teaching quality problems found in time, which directly affects the improvement of teaching quality.
The management of physical education teaching quality should be directional, comparable and feasible. The directionality here refers to the direction of fully reflecting the development, reform and improvement of physical education, that is, physical education and health course is a public compulsory course for college students to strengthen their physique, improve their health and improve their physical quality through reasonable physical education and health education and scientific physical exercise process; It is an important part of the school curriculum system and the central link of physical education in Colleges and universities. We should pay attention to and guide teachers to organize teaching process scientifically, innovating teaching methods, and cultivate students’ interest in sports and self exercise ability. Comparability refers to the comparability of mathematical quality management index, that is to say, it should reflect the main characteristics of physical education. Feasibility means that the teaching quality management indicators should be easy to implement, that is, the selection of indicators should focus on the essence of physical education classroom teaching, which should not only truly reflect teachers’ working attitude, professional level and working ability, but also be accepted by teachers.
The evaluation system of college physical education teaching quality should take students’ physical and mental health and lifelong physical education as the ultimate goal [20, 21]. Teaching quality evaluation is not only the evaluation of teaching process, but also the evaluation of teaching effect. But because physical education teaching is a complex process, using any single teaching evaluation can not guarantee the accuracy and authenticity of the evaluation results, so we should choose different evaluation methods according to different situations. There are many ways to evaluate the quality of physical education, which include formative evaluation and summative evaluation from the way, and quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation from the nature. Among them, formative evaluation is implemented in the teaching process, using a random and informal way; Summative evaluation is used in a certain learning stage, only limited to summary. Quantitative evaluation is to reflect the teaching effect in the form of data and quantitative table; Qualitative evaluation is to reveal and describe the characteristics of the evaluation object through natural investigation. However, most of the people in the industry believe that it is relatively easy to grasp the evaluation results based on specific and comprehensive evaluation contents and evaluation standards, and it is also one of the methods of teaching quality evaluation. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a scientific, reasonable, effective and operable evaluation index system. Based on the successful experience of all kinds of colleges and universities, and on the basis of comparison, analysis and synthesis, combined with the actual situation of college physical education, the author reformed the evaluation index system and adopted the methods of comprehensive student evaluation and long-term monitoring management organization (teacher) evaluation.
Conclusion
In physical education teaching evaluation, constructing a scientific and reasonable physical education teaching evaluation index system is an important premise for physical education teaching evaluation to play an effective role. In this paper, wireless sensor network is introduced into the design of college physical education teaching evaluation system. Through the optimal design of hardware and software, and through experiments, the effectiveness of the designed system is verified. The experimental results show that the average transmission time is 0.18 s when the working voltage is 0–50 V and 0.21 s when the working voltage is 50 V–100 V. It improves the efficiency of physical education teaching evaluation in Colleges and universities, and optimizes the evaluation performance and system response time.
