Abstract
The modernization of our country has opened a new era, and the “Internet +” national strategy has gone deep into various areas of people’s livelihood. Faced with many changes in the new situation, a variety of emerging information technologies continue to integrate into the classroom, such as Baidu teaching, Whiteboard, IPAD, flipping classroom, and learning space and so on, which makes the teacher’s teaching method and organization form have very big changes. There is a certain “flip” in the classroom indeed. This study explores the connotation and characteristics of music intelligent teaching and the main factors that affect the formation of music teachers’ intelligent teaching under the background of “Internet +” education. In this paper, the related strategies of the formation of wisdom teaching are applied through the design of the auxiliary system, in order to optimize the traditional teaching mode by making full use of the network technology, improve the teaching efficiency, and train more and more music talents for the country.
Introduction
At present, we are in the era of globalization and informationization of the Internet +, and new information technology, such as computer technology, has penetrated into every aspect of our life. With the rapid development of the new technology revolution and its wide application in the field of education, today’s education has been faced with unprecedented opportunities and challenges, and new expectations and requirements have been put forward to teachers’ teaching [1–5]. The concept of the “Internet +” has received wide attention since its inception in 2012. Premier Li Keqiang first put forward the “Internet + program” in the “Government work report” in early 2015, which means that the “Internet +” is lift to the high level of national strategy. In a congratulatory letter to the first International Conference on Educational Information on May 2015, President Xi Jinping pointed out: “in today’s world, science and technology are advancing with each passing day, and the Internet +, cloud computing, big data and other modern information technologies have profoundly changed human thinking, production, life, learning style, and profoundly demonstrated the prospects of world development. In response to the development of information technology, educational reform and innovation have been promoted. To build a network, digitized, individualized and lifelong education system and a learning society in which everyone can learn at everywhere at every time and to cultivate a large number of innovative talents is the common major issue facing mankind. With the advantage of the Internet + resources, music teaching has emerged in the form of Mooc, wechat and other new teaching modes. The related music teaching practice and theory research also develops slowly. The school should reasonably utilize the new music teaching mode under the background of “Internet +”, enrich the classroom content, improve the teaching quality and put forward new requirements, so as to open up a broad road for the development of vocal music teaching in the future [6–14].

Nature of the “Internet +”
“Internet +” is a product based on Internet thinking, and through continuous practice and innovation, it forms a new economic form which represents the crystallization of human wisdom and constantly changes the direction of economic development. Through this platform, the social real economy is continuously injected with the vitality of innovation, reform and development. “Internet +” is not just the simple addition of traditional industries and the Internet, but refers to the new economic form derived from the integration of Internet resources and technologies with traditional industries. This new economic form can make full use of the advantages of the Internet +, so that the utilization of resources can be rationalized and maximized. Thus, traditional industries can better integrate into the Internet, with a new form to drive social and economic development, so as to form the new social and economic development model with Internet as the media. The Internet is affecting our lives all the time, changing our way of life, and providing us with great convenience in the aspects of clothing, food, housing and transportation. Of course, when “Internet +” is penetrated in all areas of our life, education also rides the “Internet +” train to achieve high-speed development, and “Internet + Education” has come to our lives gradually, changing the traditional educational model [15–19].
Research on the wisdom teaching in the context of the Internet +
The researcher generalizes the connotation of “Internet + education” as follows. The first is the Internet technology. The wide application of Internet technology is the symbol of human society entering the information society. Different people have different views on the internet technology, and most of them agree that it contains the following three parts: sensing technology, communication technology and computer technology. The application of these technologies constantly change the traditional education and bring new vitality. The second is with education as the core. “Internet + education” is very different from “education plus Internet”: the former focuses on education, while the latter focuses on the Internet. The third is that the essence lies in decomposition and reconstruction. “Plus” is not a simple physical addition, but is a chemical change. The Internet can be likened to a chemical vessel, decomposing everything into elements, and then regrouping around the Internet to form a new architecture.
Many domestic scholars have different understandings from different angles. Scholars’ definition of the concept of wisdom teaching is biased to the perspective of information technology: wisdom teaching refers to the use of the new generation of information technology to make classroom into a teaching environment full of wisdom, so as to achieve the intelligence, visualization, and high efficiency of pre-class, in-class and after-class teachingy, and finally realize the wisdom generation of students. In this study, the connotation of wisdom teaching is summarized as follows: first, the support of new technology; second, the theoretical basis as the guidance; third, the concept of wisdom education; fourth, the extension of scope of the classroom to pre-class, in-class and after-class; fifth, rich media resources; sixth, the generation of wisdom as the purpose.
Research on the wisdom teaching of music
MIDI technology research
MIDI is the abbreviation of Musical Instrument Digital Interface, which can be translated as “musical instrument digital interface”. In the 1980s, in order to solve the problem of communication between electro-acoustic instruments, MIDI was proposed, which can be used to realize the communication between computers and musical instruments. It is different from other formats of video and audio files. MIDI not transfers a sound signal, but a series of instructions, such as at what time, at what speed and loudness, and which sound should be released and so on.

The file that records the MIDI information is called the MIDI file. The MIDI file in windows is suffixed with “. Mid”. Midi file belongs to the hexadecimal file. This type of file generally has the following basic structure: the structure of the file header + data description. Midi file structure is shown in Table 1. As shown in the table, the MIDI file is composed of two parts: the file header and the track description information, in which an audio track represents a part of the music score.

Events can be classified into note events, controller events and system information events according to large categories. For such events, there is a unified representation structure: category + parameters. State bytes are always greater than or equal to 80 H. Data bytes are always less than 80 H. Thus, it is convenient for differentiation. Table 2 is the event table in MIDI.

By inheriting the usercontrol class, developers can develop various kinds of controls according to their own requirements. After creation, it can also be compiled into DLL files for use by other WPF programs. Data binding; It is a mechanism to establish a connection between application UI and business logic. Graphic animation.The powerful function of graphic animation is based on directx technology. With WPF, developers can quickly create sophisticated vector graphics or even complex animations that will be converted into Direct3D objects and rendered by hardware to get better and smoother image quality.
Study on the strategies of music wisdom teaching under the background of “Internet +”
In this paper, the teaching strategy of music wisdom is shown through the teaching assistance system. Using the technology described in the third chapter, in the wisdom teaching design, the following principles are followed: professionalism, stability, interactive friendliness, timeliness and extensibility. This design mainly aims at proposing wisdom teaching strategies in regard to the piano simulating, music score editing and music score demonstration module in music teaching.
Design of piano simulating module
The main function of the piano simulating module is to play in real time and to demonstrate the music score in a linkage way. It has the following design features: Music teachers can provide real-time performance in the classroom, and schools no longer have to bear the high cost of piano; It fully considers the actual classroom teaching situation. According to the actual teaching situation, piano can be transformed into 32 keys, 49 keys, 61 keys and 88 keys, and can be moved to the desired position flexibly. Teachers no longer have to worry about the situations that the playing is not accurate due to too big fingers or students can not see clearly. The sound quality isrelatively good. Piano playing module consists of three classes: Piano, pianowhitekey, and pianoblackkey. Piano is the main class of piano playing module, including piano initialization, piano playing, and piano phonetic processing and so on. Pianowhitekey class and pianoblackkey class have the function of processing a single piano white key and black key. The class diagram of the whole module is shown in Fig. 2 below:

As for the piano display control sub-module, its main function is piano display, the enlargement and reduction of piano keyboard and the translation of piano scale. The main purpose of piano interface scaling is to adjust the size of piano keyboard in real time according to the needs of the teacher in class, which is convenient for teachers to play and students to watch. The main purpose of the translation of piano scale is to match the scale of the piano, and to move the piano to the most used position. The sub-module is mainly implemented by WPF technology. The flow chart of the simulated piano display control sub-module is shown in Fig. 3.

The main classes of music score editing module are editstaff class, musicinfopage class, Navi Wizard class, notecomparer class, Musiclnfo class, setstaff class, winmidiplay class and trackinfo class. Editstaff class is the main class for music score editing. Musicinfopage, Musiclnfo, Setstaff, trackinfo, and naviwizard classess are used to handle music score initialization and winmidiplay is for music preview playback. The main function of the music score editing sub-module is to complete the work of music score editing, including: modification and drag of clef, key, and time signature; the addition of music notes, attached points and bars; the deletion of music score and attached points. The music score editing sub-module is the core sub-module of the music score editing module, which involves complex and diverse music rules. Its implementation determines the accuracy and stability of the music score editing. In order to have a better presentation effect, the module is implemented using WPF technology. The flow chart is shown in Fig. 6:

The main function of the music score demonstration module is to combine audiovisual and audiovisual, and display the music score while playing the music score. The features of the design are as follows: The linkage demonstration of piano and music score. Students can not only intuitively view the current playing position of the music score, but also can clearly see how to play the current position, thus promoting the music learning of the students. Rich interface control. In order to facilitate the teacher’s class presentation, music score demonstration module is added with rich interface control. Rich playing effects. Through these multi-directional effects, students can understand the structure and audio-visual effects of the whole music score more clearly.
The music score demonstration module consists of four classes: musiccontrol class wintrackdialog class, winlnstrumentdialog class, and winkeysigdialog class. Musicontrol class is the main class of the module and contains initialization, score drawing and score playing. The classes of wintrackdialog, winlnstrumentdialog and winkeysigdialo are mainly responsible for the music score playback control operation. The wisdom teaching theory of music under the background of Internet + education is a new research field with the fusion of old and new. This paper discusses the relevant theoretical basis of wisdom teaching in the context of Internet + education, and on this basis, according to the characteristics of music classroom teaching, a music teaching assistant system with computer technology in which teaching strategies are incorporated is designed, which of great significance.
