Abstract
With the high speed developing technologies of artificial intelligence technology and Internet multimedia, the environment of social public opinion tends to be complex, which puts forward new challenges to the ideological and political education (IPE) of colleges and universities (IPECU) as well as the innovation and entrepreneurship education (IEE) of college students. Under the platform of artificial intelligence and multimedia teaching, the integration of IPE and IEE of college students should be adjusted appropriately according to the actual situation. The goal, content and mode of college students’ IEE and IPE have natural commonality under the platform of artificial intelligence and multimedia teaching, and they promote and influence each other. This paper is to further explore the integration strategy of artificial intelligence and multimedia teaching in IPECU of entrepreneurship education through the analysis of the existing problems and causes in colleges and universities. The author summarizes the core coupling of the current situation of IPECU in entrepreneurship education, as well as the influencing factors of the external environment, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
Introduction
Under the environment of artificial intelligence and multi-media teaching, there is a natural internal commonality between college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship education (IEE) and ideological and political education (IPE), and they share the mission of training comprehensive and compound talents for social development [1]. Taking IPE as the theoretical guidance of IEE can ensure the correctness of the direction of innovation and entrepreneurship; taking innovation and entrepreneurship as the practice platform of IPE can improve the one-way of IPE and realize the individual value of education. To explore the coupling mechanism of the two education cores and improve the effectiveness of the two education is a reform plan worth exploring in the new round of teaching reform in colleges and universities at this stage [2].
In “on the combination of entrepreneurship education and IPE of college students”, Wu Xiaoqi [3] pointed out that there are still many shortcomings in the current entrepreneurship education and IPE of colleges and universities (IPECU) in China, and it is necessary to combine the two in the process of education. In “IPECU must serve to promote entrepreneurship education”, Zhang Bingsheng [4] proposed that entrepreneurship education focuses more on practice, while IPE focuses on theory, and IPECU should serve entrepreneurship education. Tang Chaofeng [5] also pointed out in “grasp the connotation of entrepreneurship education and promote the management innovation of students”. In order to achieve good results in entrepreneurship education and IPE in colleges and universities, it is necessary to promote the establishment and improvement of multi-dimensional interactive management system. With the development of modern information technology and the support of national policies for college students’ entrepreneurship, more and more college students choose entrepreneurship, while some colleges and universities overemphasize entrepreneurship education and neglect IPE, which leads to the imbalance of education content system under the environment of artificial intelligence and multimedia. In order to better implement the IPECU, it is an important basic premise to establish the education content system. In the process of building the education content system, as shown in Fig. 1, it should be carried out according to different grades.

In the two stages before the 21st century, most of them are dominated by academic research. Since the 21st century, more research is dominated by economic demand and real society. Artificial intelligence has been successfully integrated with business models [6]. Its technology has been accepted and used in many fields, giving full play to its real value. With the high speed developing of technologies in artificial intelligence, human life models have undergone profound changes. The breakthrough development of artificial intelligence (AI technology has spawned a batch of disruptive technology generation, including big data (including 3D printing), cloud computing, artificial intelligence + robot, Internet plus education (Web2.0 and Internet of things) and other technologies change “. It is the future development trend of artificial intelligence technology that based on big data driving, with independent learning ability, liberating human intelligent labor and intelligent learning space.
Big data driven AI
The new generation of artificial intelligence, based on GPU, cloud computing and other high-performance, machine learning model marked by deep learning, has intelligent computing of computing technology and massive data generated with the development of Internet technology. Big data refers to the massive data that is difficult to be captured, managed and analyzed by general software tools and can significantly improve the quality and efficiency of thinking [7]. In the future, AI will be based on big data, through big data mining and knowledge acquisition, to achieve the universal application of high-quality AI [3].
The application of big data in the field of IPE mainly includes two technologies [8]: education Data Mining and learning analysis technology. These two technologies are based on the application of education. education data mining is to quantify, analyze and model the learning process and behavior. Intelligent machine learning and data mining are used to precisely analyze the learning process of education subject and education object All data. By analyzing and sorting out education big data, studying the track of education object activity, constructing the characteristics of the object, and pushing personalized education resources for the education object.
Artificial intelligence of autonomous learning ability
Artificial intelligence technology has made a breakthrough, but there is still a long way to go to the era of “strong artificial intelligence” (singularity). At present, scientists around the world have put forward “brain plan” to further promote the working mechanism of imitating human brain and explore the theoretical mechanism to support the autonomous learning ability of AI. The new generation of AI will learn from the advanced cognitive mechanism of human brain, form a super powerful “cognitive learning, reasoning and creation and language interaction model, and build and realize the artificial intelligence of human brain” cognitive and autonomous learning ability”.
Artificial intelligence autonomous learning ability is applied to IPE [9], which can capture the performance of knowledge technology, capture the information knowledge points of different types of articles, push a variety of related learning materials for learners, broaden the boundaries of learning fields, explore the depth of knowledge learning, improve the height of knowledge learning, serve and meet the personalized needs of learners; and use it to enhance reality (AR) Technology, augmented reality teaching scene, materializing and visualizing abstract knowledge, realizing three-dimensional and vivid knowledge explanation, providing learners with concrete knowledge service demand, and enhancing learners’ interest; using its virtual reality (VR) teaching technology, through the device terminal, software and hardware of classroom teaching and the course solution, providing more for learners The service demand of interactive experience is maintained to create an immersive learning atmosphere for learners.
Artificial intelligence of intelligent learning space
With the development of artificial intelligence research and application, research results have entered many aspects of human life and are gradually replacing repetitive, stylized and mechanical human labor. “Strong artificial intelligence” will be the development trend of the new era. It will imitate the human brain to process inaccurate information, run parallel processing functions, improve the interaction ability with people, and have the ability of “reasoning, decision-making, knowledge representation, planning, learning and using natural language to communicate with people” [10]. It will develop towards human practicality and large-scale commercial use to achieve the ultimate goal of liberating human intellectual labor.
A large number of intelligent elements of artificial intelligence technology are embedded in the network space, and combined with the concept of intelligent learning, a new technology form, intelligent learning space, is formed. The learning space integrated based on intelligent technology includes five layers: basic data layer, algorithm layer, perception layer, cognition layer and service application layer [11]. The basic data layer includes all the data in the intelligent learning space, i.e. the collection, storage, transmission and processing of three types of data: resource type, management type and behavior type; the algorithm layer is the core part of the operation of artificial intelligence technology in the learning space, and the two main types of artificial intelligence algorithms, such as machine learning and deep learning, are carried out here; the perception layer is to run speech recognition The four technologies of image recognition, computer vision and text recognition, and the combination of static and dynamic data collection and processing of all kinds of text, audio, video and other data in learning space are all carried out with the help of the four technologies in this layer; the cognitive layer is the framework of emotional computing, intelligent agent, natural language processing and other technologies, which can make the machine run more intelligently The service application layer runs all kinds of teaching, research, management and evaluation technical contents of learning space.
The global academic community has always believed that artificial intelligence is the most effective technical means to achieve educational innovation and deepen reform. However, its different technical performance and effectiveness are also different. Big data has strong advantages in supporting “personalized learning”, “adaptive teaching”, “scientific evaluation” and “accurate management”; artificial intelligence in “language” audio and video recognition, virtual reality and augmented reality, semantic analysis and emotional computing, interactive feedback system and eye tracking, knowledge engineering and expert system and many other fields have intelligent technology [12], intelligent learning space helps to cultivate students’ internal drive and high-level thinking. These powerful functions provide ideas for IPECU.
The core coupling of IEE and IPE for college students IEE can increase the ability of college students, stimulate their innovative thinking, mobilize their enthusiasm for work, but it must have a set of effective education methods [13]. The purpose of IEE is to solve the students’ ideological problems first, and then through the appropriate education mode, relying on the system of education content, and finally achieve the established teaching goals. However, there is a natural unity between these and IPE. The coupling of the two can not only lead the direction of IEE in terms of spiritual essence and value orientation, but also enrich the education mode of IEE through the mature education mechanism of IPE. The IEE of college students emphasizes the education of entrepreneurship and ability with the basic quality of entrepreneurship as the core. Its essential goal is to cultivate college students’ independent and independent personality, the spirit of innovation, and the effective carrier and way to carry out the deep-seated quality education [14]. It can be seen from this that the educational objectives and spiritual essence of college students’ IEE and IPE are interlinked. Both of them are aimed at cultivating comprehensive talents with innovation, perseverance, sensitivity, restraint, enthusiasm and optimism. Their spiritual core is naturally coupled.
Integration of education content –the same value orientation
As for the IEE and IPE of college students, ideal and belief and political identity are the eternal educational themes of the two, ideological and moral character and sound personality are the important educational contents of the two, and characteristics and personalization are the urgent issues of the times that they are facing together. At present, college students’ IEE, as a kind of sublimated high-level quality education, embodies the educational thoughts and value orientation of giving consideration to personality shaping and overall development, independence and collectivism, involving ideological system, political position, moral quality, psychological quality and legal consciousness, which includes IPE, moral education and heart The content of rational health education and legal education is basically consistent with the content of IPE [15]. IPE, as a relatively theoretical and ideological education, contains various themes and contents of IEE, and the inevitable relationships will be linked among them. Therefore, the IEE of college students provides a specific practice and application platform for the content of IPE, which directly affects the implementation of the objectives of IPE and the effectiveness of education. Therefore, the value orientation of the two is consistent, and there is an internal connection and connection between the content of education.
Connection in education mode –dependent education mechanism
In the new era, the primary responsibility and mission of higher education is to educate people. education requires education mechanism. Therefore, the era, multi-level and characteristic education methods have sprung up in an endless stream [16]. After years of development, accumulation and summary, college students’ IPE has theory and practice experiences, forming a series of effective education models. Although the IEE started late, due to its distinctive characteristics of the times and profound practical value, the education mode tends to be non-traditional, diversified and open, which not only changes the education mode of IPE of college students, but also innovates; especially, the IEE can make full use of non class, enterprise entrepreneurship salon, field investigation and role exchange, successful person guidance and other modes constantly enrich the teaching forms and scenes of IPE of college students. In this process, relying on the advantages of both, we should establish an education model that focuses on traditional classroom teaching, innovation and entrepreneurship culture, and overall coordination. We should build an education model that combines distinctive characteristics of the times with theoretical and practical exploration. The organic combination of education, self-education, frustration education and life-long education, and enhance IEE and IPE are needed to be concentrated on the main idea.
Research and analysis of IPE in IEE in colleges and universities
Entrepreneurial environment
Among many indicators of IPE environment in entrepreneurship education, this paper selects the key factor indicators that can comprehensively reflect the government environmental support, university environmental support and social environmental support to investigate and analyze college students and teachers. The higher the voting rate of the factors, the better the implementation of the indicator.
The information in the above table has shown that the voting rate of “government’s propaganda on entrepreneurship” in government environmental support is higher than that of “creating cultural atmosphere” in university environmental support and “building a case resource bank of college students’ successful entrepreneurship” in social environment support, with the voting rates of 81%, 77.15% and 48.03% respectively [17]. From this proportion, we can draw a conclusion that the government should concentrate to the college students’ entrepreneurship, supports and helps them to start their own businesses; many colleges and universities have realized the importance of the construction of the campus cultural atmosphere, and positively affect the college students’ cultural and ideological concepts with practical actions; college students’ entrepreneurship is ultimately to be realized and developed in the social environment. The establishment of entrepreneurship case resource base, as well as the establishment and development of some related entrepreneurial organizations and activities, helps to solve some doubts and problems to exchange and promote each other, and promote the better combination of college students’ entrepreneurship and social environment.
Overall evaluation
This part analyzes all aspects of education implementation, and reflects the overall work of IPE in entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities from different perspectives. Through the statistical analysis of the relevant information of IPECU in entrepreneurship education, the relevant evaluation of eight indicators is obtained, as shown in Fig. 3, the height of the column indicates the working level of the eight indicators.

It can be seen that in the implementation of IPE, the evaluation of environmental support, publicity, infrastructure and overall demand is relatively high; the evaluation of research, practice, teachers and financial support is relatively low. It is also found in the questionnaire of college teachers and students that the respondents’ answers to the promotion factors and limiting factors of IPE in college entrepreneurship education are basically consistent with the previous part.
As shown in Table 2, cultural environment, propaganda, infrastructure, the requirements of students and the cultural development needs of local entrepreneurship have become the driving factors for the implementation of IPE in entrepreneurial education. Cognitive level, material capital guarantee, teaching staff, policy support and scientific research level have become the main obstacles to IPE in university entrepreneurship education.

Strengthen the construction of artificial intelligence and multimedia teaching platform
Based on the development driven by big data, artificial intelligence can obtain massive data in many aspects of contemporary IPE. The traditional data of IPE mainly come from the aspects of “examination paper score analysis”, “curriculum evaluation” and “questionnaire survey”. The data acquisition form is single, the process is tedious, and the information feedback cycle is long [18]. Artificial intelligence technology can obtain data in many aspects such as IPE and teaching, teachers’ scientific research, students’ learning, teaching management, etc. in real time, mining and analyzing knowledge information in massive data, forming closed-loop feedback for each link in IPE, guiding and promoting the reform of IPECU in education concept and content, education mode and media, teachers’ scientific research and students’ learning mode. First of all, in any professional course, we must carry out the spirit of innovation to the end. The spirit of innovation is an abstract thinking thing, which should be combined with concrete practice. It is a good process of exploration and innovation to impart knowledge in any subject.
Therefore, we can take specific courses as the carrier of the implementation of IEE. In the process of knowledge transfer, we should pay more actively attentions for the exploration of new knowledge and methods with students, cultivate students’ innovative thinking, and actively encourage students to create. Secondly, we can set up a series of general courses to cultivate students’ awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship. Although it is said that the cultivation of innovative thinking can be integrated into every professional course, it lacks certain pertinence after all. Therefore, special courses are needed to strengthen the education of innovation and entrepreneurship, teach the knowledge of innovation and entrepreneurship, learn the skills of innovation and cultivate the spirit of innovation. At the same time, it also improves the selection process of university entrepreneurship lecturers. How to select ideological and political educators to become lecturers of IPE in entrepreneurship education is very important. Colleges and universities should select them according to certain steps. As shown in Fig. 4.

The high speed developing and popularization of the Internet in recent years, the life of most college students has been inseparable from the Internet. Among them, some large-scale websites or software are very popular among college students, such as micro blog, WeChat, campus BBS, etc., which are closely related to the life and growth of college students. Therefore, colleges and universities can integrate entrepreneurship education and IPE into the network with the help of modern information technology platform [19]. Through the construction of campus network platform, we can effectively strengthen the publicity of entrepreneurship education. This new IPE channel is relatively easy for students to accept, can effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of students, and actively participate in innovation and entrepreneurship activities.
Colleges and universities all hope to help college education to achieve the established education goals through IPE, which not only needs a solid theoretical basis and a perfect education system, but also needs effective implementation and implementation. Education activity is a cycle composed of four stages: demand analysis, planning, education implementation and effect evaluation (as shown in Fig. 5).

First, for the IPE needs in entrepreneurship education, we need to conduct accurate and scientific analysis. In the implementation of education courses, feel that students learn well and the courses are very effective. However, once in the actual work, they cannot combine theory and practice very well. Therefore, it is very necessary to do a good job of pre activity needs analysis. Educational activity is a very practical activity. If there is no thoughtful and accurate demand analysis before the activity, the final effect of educational activity will be affected. Second, before the implementation of IPE in entrepreneurship education, we should make a detailed and feasible plan. A perfect plan, to a certain extent, will affect the success of educational activities, which is an important factor affecting the implementation of educational management, but not blindly implement education management.
A good education plan will make IPE activities achieve twice the result with half the effort. Third, the IPE in entrepreneurship education should be put into practice. The theory of empty concept is far from enough. If we just study the theory and don’t apply it to practice, we can’t call it real mastery. In the process of implementing IPE in entrepreneurship education, IPE in colleges and universities should pay attention to the importance of management [20]. Effective management can not only improve the awareness and skills of entrepreneurship and innovation of college students, but also save a lot of human and material resources and avoid unnecessary waste. Ideological and political educators in colleges and universities should be good at observing and analyzing students’ performance and learning. Fourth, IPE activities in entrepreneurship education should be summarized and evaluated in time (Fig. 6). The assessment should be carried out after every link of the activity, not just at the later stage of the activity. When evaluating the IPECU activities in IEE, we can introduce the four-level evaluation model of Koch model, which can evaluate the education activities more accurately and comprehensively.

In the IPE, the emphasis on students’ individualized learning is not enough, and the young students’ acceptance of knowledge is in a passive position. Artificial intelligence technology is integrated into Ideological and political teaching, and provides personalized learning support and services to students. Through the intelligent teaching platform, the young students can get the teaching resources pushed by the leading teachers in time, and also can get the learning resources they want through the intelligent equipment. They can preview and review independently after class. The intelligent teaching platform can record the learning path of the students in real time, that is, the learning path, the learning process and various choices, and experience the personalized learning mode. Young students can also preset their learning objectives and results through the precise artificial intelligence interactive feedback system. If they fail to achieve the expected objectives, the system can provide personalized feedback to help learners choose learning methods again [21] until the problem is solved.
In the era background of AI, the renewal of the way to acquire teaching content will inevitably lead to the reform of classroom teaching form. When flipped classroom and blended learning are widely used in teaching practice, the experiential teaching that teachers and students participate in together will be the main teaching method. The organizational form of Ideological and political teaching is no longer teaching oriented. The questions and answers, heuristic, experimental, debate, discussion, case, performance, autonomous learning and cooperative research will become flexible and diverse teaching forms in the classroom [22]. Ideological and political teachers should study the learning effect of inquiry and cooperation through intelligent machines, adopt more problem-based and case-based teaching methods, teach students not only theoretical knowledge but also artificial intelligence technology, guide students how to study theoretical courses on the network platform, how to use image recognition technology for recognition and memory, and how to use voice recognition technology Put forward learning questions and get answers to robots, and improve students’ learning efficiency through human-computer interaction.
How to quit teaching media is a machine used by teachers who are engaged in teaching activities to implement teaching content smoothly. Media technology plays an important role in improving the effect of classroom teaching. In the era of artificial intelligence, the information of education and teaching, and the media of IPE will also be updated and replaced. For example, “intelligent terminal equipment”, “robot assistant”, “virtual reality equipment”, “3D display blackboard”, “remote control table and chair” and so on, all around the students to carry out customized and personalized teaching design [23], in order to increase the participation of students in the teaching process. With the help of intelligent teaching media, the intelligent lesson preparation function provides intelligent lesson preparation service according to the progress of classroom teaching, pushes rich and high-quality lesson preparation resources for leading teachers, and meets the needs of Ideological and political teachers. Students can find and solve problems easily and conveniently in a comfortable environment of intelligent teaching media, and have great fun in the learning process, which can exceed the expected learning objectives. In the traditional teaching mode of IPE, the ability level of the educated students is uneven, the level of knowledge is different, and the rising hobbies are different. It is difficult for teachers to know the extent of young students’ understanding and mastery of knowledge, and the problems in teaching cannot be fed back in time. The “interactive feedback (IRS system for short) precise teaching system of artificial intelligence [24] pushes teaching programs of different types and advantages and disadvantages of the same subject for ideological and political teachers.
According to the requirements of teaching objectives, teachers choose teaching programs suitable for their own teaching styles. When preparing lessons, the system can be used to study teaching materials in depth, according to teaching content, key points, difficulties and learning Students’ situation, etc., design the syllabus and options of teaching; when tutoring and answering questions, accurately answer different students’ questions in different fields and at different levels, and the teaching system can also guide students to use analysis technology to choose their own learning methods. The system integrates the functions of “automatic evaluation, investigation, feedback, recording and statistics”, and also has the functions of “collecting group feedback information”, “real-time automatic statistics and presenting statistical results”. When using Q&A and debate teaching, students have a remote control, which can participate in classroom interaction by means of selection or emergency response, and the system feedback function can get the correct answer immediately. With the function of artificial intelligence analysis engine, ideological and political teachers can control the learning progress, and guide them at any time. Help students to complete the learning tasks according to the set path, evaluate and analyze the students’ completion of the homework, help students to correct the mistakes, and fill in the weak link of students’ knowledge.
Conclusion
With the high speed developing of AI and multimedia technology, the IEE of college students has become the core work that must be carried out at this stage. When we integrated AI and multimedia technologies into the field of education, all elements of IPE are changing with the times. The subject of education will personalize the needs of the object of education are constantly met, scientific and advanced education methods and forms emerge in endlessly, and the education environment full of wisdom and scientific and technological power emerges at the historic moment. At present, the entrepreneurship education implemented in colleges and universities in China has not fully met the needs of college students’ entrepreneurship, and the effect is not obvious. There are still many problems that need to be further improved. For how to further improve the IPECU and IEE, the government, university administrators and many scholars have carried out active exploration and research. They believe that the effective integration of IPE and entrepreneurship education, and give full play to the functions and advantages of IPE may be a major way to solve the existing problems of entrepreneurship education.
