What is next for the transition and employment supports movement?

Although there has been progress in transition and employment-related outcomes over the past 20 years, too frequently such progress has been minimal. This article suggests that changing the ways in which disability itself is understood is the best, and perhaps only, path to achieving the transition and employment outcomes desired by people with disabilities, their families, and professionals in the field.
