IOS Press has retracted the following content of its online content:

The Editor-in-Chief was contacted by readers about the allegation of improper citations in the article. Investigation by the editorial office found that several references in the article do not support the results and, in some cases, do not relate to the content of the article, as found by readers who shared their findings in PubPeer.
Further investigation by the editorial office found unusual and unjustified authorship changes.
In addition, the authors requested substantial alterations to the article after acceptance, hence the content of the manuscript is no longer supported by the reviewers’ comments.
Based on the aforementioned concerns, reanalysis of the article and comments from readers, Main Group Chemistry has decided to retract the article.
