Abstract
This paper discusses the importance of National Statistical Institutes adopting new strategies, using new technologies, and building new partnerships to bring statistical literacy competencies to life and create a culture where statistical literacy is valued as a skill, with a focus on the recent experiences of the Australian Bureau of Statistics.
