Abstract
Last year we introduced Bioinformatics as a new section and recruited two fine section editors, Cibele Masotti and Erick da Cruz Castelli, to serve as the stewards for this section.
Today I am announcing another section: RNA. This section will be responsible for RNA structure and biology, the regulatory activities of RNA. I am pleased that Amy Rosenfeld, PhD, has graciously agreed to serve as its section editor. Dr. Rosenberg is a faculty member in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology at Columbia University, Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, New York, NY, USA.
In January 2022, we will publish a special focus issue devoted to the research of Emerging Scientists. We have three guest editors: Girogia Brambilla Pisoni, Julia Noack, and Silvia Priete.
