Method of Immunization
A 10-week-old female lzm rat was injected via the hind footpads with 500 μL of an emulsion containing 1000 μg of recombinant mouse Chd2 fused GST and Freund's complete adjuvant.(1,2)

Selection and Cloning Procedure
The hybridoma cells were plated onto 96-well plates and selected in HAT selection medium. MAbs against Chd2 were subcloned and rescreened by ELISA.
