Specificity

To ensure the specificity of monoclonal antibody against the epitopes of rHRP3, immunoblotting was done against recombinant HRP3 protein using cell culture supernatant containing HRP3 monoclonal antibodies. The reactivity of monoclonal antibodies is clear and displayed reactivity with a protein band corresponding to membrane blotted recombinant HRP3. The clones B10 and B11 showed very intense band at 25 kDa protein.
