Abstract
Lily Ling (1955 - 2018) was Professor of International Affairs at the New School in New York. She was universally recognised as an inspiring scholar and teacher. Her oeuvre – vast and wide-ranging – has definitively shaped the field of International Relations. Lily’s critical scholarship, activism, and pedagogy will all be missed sorely, but her legacy is sure to live on both in the Politics community and much beyond.
