The corresponding author claims not to have permission of his co-authors, and requested the article to be withdrawn. However, the article shows signs of image manipulation in Fig. 3. The corresponding author did not respond to the image manipulation allegation.

In this light the journal cannot condone publication of this paper and has decided to retract it from its online catalogue.
