Abstract
In the context of big data and the Internet of Things, this article explores the impact of corporate patent quality on corporate performance through analysis of corporate patent quality. Starting from multiple influencing factors, measure the patent value of enterprises to promote the economic benefits. Focus on the analysis of the practical conversion capacity of patents and the impact on corporate performance, establish a mathematical evaluation model, and explore the specificity of the patent quality through the method of regression analysis. This article has studied the important role of patent technology to improve the efficiency of enterprises, and explores the overall level of corporate performance management on how to maximizes the overall level of corporate performance management. The system of measures for patent technology to promote performance development under the background of big data constructed by the research has a very good reference for the sustainable development of enterprises at the current stage. From the existing research results, there are problems such as too few analysis samples and slow data updates, and these problems have been better solved in this study. The research analyzes the comprehensive impact of patent quality on enterprises through big data, highlights the positive relationship between patent quality and enterprise performance, and effectively fills the gap in current research.

Introduction
The arrival of the era of big data and the Internet of Things has brought new ways to the acquisition of data resources. With the continuous improvement of big data information collection methods, on the basis of big data, corporate patent technology research and development, data analysis, analysis and processing and transformation changes [1]. It is more convenient. Under modern technology conditions, the impact of patent technology inventions on corporate performance is increasing. In the process of a large number of data analysis, the performance management of enterprises has become an important indicator system for evaluating the development of enterprises. The patent quality of the enterprise affects the formulation, implementation, and evaluation results of the enterprise performance plan [2]. Through the implementation of the quantitative evaluation index system, the full chain of the performance management of the enterprise and the effective coverage of the entire door can ensure the performance of the performance evaluation. In the process of studying the development of corporate patent technology, the evaluation of performance has become an important indicator of the reality transformation capacity of the enterprise. This article explores the huge changes brought about by corporate performance management to corporate patent technology inventions under modern information technology [3]. And analyzed the problems and risks, and the regression analysis was conducted by selecting a certain data foundation, and a specific means and measures for the improvement of the invention of corporate patent technology were proposed.
The quality of the patent invention of an enterprise has an important impact on promoting the construction of corporate performance management indicators. In the process of long-term construction, it will form a continuous development momentum. The application of computer science and engineering calculation in the related fields of this paper is mainly concentrated in patent application and management, and the relationship between it and enterprise performance is still blank. This paper mainly uses the regression model to analyze, focusing on the exploration and demonstration of the factors that affect the performance management of enterprises.
The application of big data and Internet of Things in improving management business
The impact of patent quality on corporate performance is reflected in many aspects. The patent quality of the enterprise affects the performance management level of the enterprise. The backward performance management method is very unfavorable to the long-term development of the corporate patent, and if the corporate patent performance is achieved in the feedback mechanism, it will greatly restrict the development level of corporate patent performance [7, 8, 9].
Increased number of patent applications
Through technological innovation and innovation under information technology, most domestic companies have actively promoted the rapid development of their own economies. Intellectual property represents the important capabilities of an enterprise in the process of technological innovation and the industrial revolution. The degree of development of a company’s patent intellectual property rights is an important symbol of an industry at the level of performance management. In 2020, my country’s patent intellectual property rights have gradually realized the world-class level. The number of patent applications in my country has reached 2 million [10]. In the data released by the State Bureau of Statistics, corporate patent inventions accounted for 56.6% of the domestic general invention patents.

As shown in Fig. 1, in terms of invention patent authorization, domestic enterprises account for 71.5% of domestic total authorization. This data increased by 4.9% and 5.8% compared with 2019, which fully showed the great progress of domestic enterprises in patented technology inventions. During the same period, the total number of patent applications worldwide was 275,900, an increase of 4% over 2019. From the perspective of the total amount of patent applications, since the implementation of the “Patent Law” in my country, domestic enterprises have achieved breakthroughs in patent applications year by year. By the third quarter of 2021, the State Administration of Intellectual Property has conducted the total amount of domestic enterprise patent applications [11]. According to statistics, the cumulative acceptance reached 8 million pieces. We can discover the changes in the interval between one million pieces per person. It took 15 years to the first one million pieces of domestic corporate patent applications, to the second million, and after 50 months, it took 27 months, 18 months, 16 months, 14 months, 10 months, and 8 months have fully reflected the dual improvement of the quality and quantity of domestic enterprise patent applications as shown in Fig. 2.

According to the data of the World Intellectual Property Organization, three Chinese companies rank in the top ten of the list. In addition to Huawei’s firm hold on the first position, OPPO and BOE have also shown strong growth momentum. In particular, the improvement of OPPO is particularly rapid. By analyzing OPPO’s patent distribution, it can be found that the number and quality of patent applications submitted by the company are excellent, with invention patents accounting for more than 90%, thus ensuring the company’s leading position in the field of mobile phone manufacturing to a large extent.

In terms of analysis of the impact of corporate patent activities on corporate performance, the invention patent of the enterprise is an important evaluation indicator. As shown in Fig. 3, the statistical results of the number of domestic corporate patent activities from 2000 to 2020 based on the statistical analysis of Chinese scientific and technological statistics. The patent invention of domestic enterprises has increased from 1280 per year to 56,498 per year, with an average annual growth rate of 40%. The total growth rate ranks first in the world. The volume of patent invention of Chinese enterprise increased from 355 per year to 9953 per year, with an average annual growth rate of 42%. It reflects the steady improvement of the quality of the country in the invention of patented technology and the steady improvement of corporate invention capabilities. On the one hand, this shows the great efforts of the Chinese government in scientific and technological innovation, and it also shows that China’s economic development still maintains a relatively strong momentum against the background of the global economic depression.
Most domestic enterprises have adopted different management and promotion methods in terms of corporate patent invention to promote corporate performance management [12]. In order to effectively improve the quality of enterprise patent quality in promoting the long-term development of enterprises, most domestic enterprises not only implement the performance management process among the companies focusing on the use of advanced management methods to promote the improvement of patent quality, and the regulation and promotion of the entire department’s economic development, but they also continue to innovate and develop. At the same time, it focuses on the development and growth of enterprises [13, 14]. In the field of information technology transformation, the enterprise patent invention has embarked on a new development path under the operation of the performance assessment standard system. At the same time, we must learn from the advanced technical conditions in China, through the introduction of advanced methods, enrich performance management methods, innovate development concepts, and achieve the overall construction of corporate economic benefits in the process of long-term construction [15, 16, 17].
Improve the feedback link of enterprise patent performance
Through the implementation of the closed-loop management of the entire performance link in the process of corporate performance management, the corporate patent invention promotes the performance improvement of the enterprise, and builds a quantitative development strategy that includes the implementation plan of the enterprise patent invention and the long-term development and construction of the enterprise. The patent technology innovation capabilities of an enterprise reflect the long-term development potential of an enterprise in the industry. Through the implementation of performance management, the company’s capacity building in patent invention is promoted, and the development of enterprises will be brought into play, so that the enterprise is in a better competitive position in the entire industry. At present, the quality of my country’s invention patents has been continuously improved, and the state and government departments have promoted the implementation of corporate intellectual property strategies and formulated and introduced new policies for enterprises in implementing professional technology inventions [20]. Let the enterprise have options to promote high-quality patent technology inventions, realize the orderly implementation of the patent invention of the enterprise under the performance management system, better realize the company’s own development strategy, promote the product quality and production technology of enterprises in the entire field. The improvement of capabilities has also improved corporate standardization, performance management, and operation mechanisms.
Example analysis of the impact of patent quality on corporate performance

By collecting some high-tech companies in my country, the relevant data of patent technology inventions, the quality of patent technology inventions in different fields, and the important management methods of its implementation in the process of performance management. And through the method of literature, the contribution of newly listed high-tech companies in the domestic big data and the Internet of Things fields relying on the relevant data of national patent technology invented by the state government department. Through the relevant information of the State Administration of Statistics, we analyzed the samples of 350 listed high-tech companies to conduct data statistics and quantitative analysis of the number and quality of the patented technology inventions of these companies, and build a quantitative analysis model based on the number and quality of patented technology. The method of regression analysis conducts actual research and analysis of the development status of the entire patent technology invention. And during the analysis process, it was found that the gap and deficiencies in the process of patent technology inventions and performance management were found, and constructive opinions and measures were put forward.
Selection of performance analysis variables
In the process of studying the performance standards of an enterprise, the quality of patents is one of the important indicators. By constructing a more scientific theoretical computing model, based on the model calculation process, the analysis and summary of important indicator factors will be analyzed, and the theoretical guidance of the real problems will finally be guided through the results of the return analysis. Through the construction of different analysis models during the performance analysis process, a multi-angle and comprehensive analysis of the basic influence variables specify the analysis variables with key influence effects. This article mainly uses the regression model to analyze, focusing on exploring and demonstrating factors affecting corporate performance management, and collecting and summarizing important indicators affecting corporate performance management. With the continuous extension of the quality and life cycle of enterprise products, the entire enterprise can continuously meet the requirements of enterprise development under the reasonable control and monitoring of performance management, continuously promote the patent invention of enterprises, and continuously move towards new high-tech and high value areas.
Analysis of the results of Model 2 found that in the process of patent technology invention in the 350 listed enterprise companies in 2020, the patent invention of most of its enterprises maintained for less than 6 years. It reflects that under the control of the performance management system, the long-term development of patented technology is not strong, and it has been affected by patent updates and technological innovation. It restricts the long-term development of patents and the construction of enterprises. By building an enterprise performance management system, implementing patent technology invention performance management, continuous improvement of performance management system, maintaining the long-term effective role of patented technology, meeting the actual needs of enterprises in different development stages, and promoting the ability of enterprises to the ability of patent technology inventions at various stages of their development has enabled enterprises to be in an advantageous competitive position in the industry.

However, due to the complicated algorithm, the research process is long. Therefore, research costs and the quality of researchers have higher requirements. Research confirms that the higher the quality of a company’s patents, the more profitable it is, and the easier it is for performance optimization efforts to yield good results. This article studies the impact of corporate performance management on patent technology invention through the context of big data and the Internet of Things technology. Relying on the patent technology invention of 350 high-tech listed enterprises collected by big data in 2020, the problems that occur in the process of performance management and the performance management methods are analyzed. Based on different influencing factors, build an analysis model, build two different models of analysis methods through the means of regression analysis, and finally propose targeted improvement measures to promote performance management to promote corporate patent technology inventions. In innovative performance management methods, domestic enterprises must accelerate the construction of big data informatization, enhance the professional technology invention capabilities of enterprises at the level of informatization technology, and promote the improvement of enterprises’ economic benefits in the context of big data and the Internet of Things.
