Abstract
The modern network social mode accelerates the interaction of data. Under the background of the continuous development of big data and artificial intelligence technology, the ability to collect and process data has become one of the core competitiveness of enterprises. A good data management mode can also help enterprises to achieve more information resources, and win more opportunities in the industry competition, so as to obtain more benefits. The standard definition of big data by scholars in recent years is to search and make decisions based on massive data sets, and the data that can be used for analysis is the internal data of big data. The key to big data is not the massive data set, but the method to analyze the data. At present, big data has penetrated into the development and analysis of all industries, for example, the medical industry records the personal diagnostic data of patients with different diseases. Through comparative analysis and decision-making with the diagnostic data of other historical cases, a third-party reference is provided for the treatment of current patients, thereby avoiding misjudgment and misdiagnosis. With the rapid development of electronic components and data science and technology, IoT technology has gradually entered the lives of citizens. The concept of the Internet of Everything is no longer an empty talk. Smart homes have become a must-have smart device for most homes. Other similar smart cities, smart communities, and smart building designs have also begun to adopt IoT technology, and enterprise management and monitoring have also followed the trend. Connect with IoT technology. If an enterprise wants to gain a firm foothold in the industry, it not only needs excellent manufacturing level, but also needs to carry out effective cost management, and manage costs in a more scientific way, which can gain advantages for the company’s product prices. Because if the cost management of the enterprise is successful, it can reduce unnecessary waste of funds when the enterprise produces products, thereby driving the overall operating income of the enterprise. Through big data and Internet of Things technology, it can help in all aspects of enterprise management. Combining with the management dilemma of BYD in the era of big data, this paper proposes an enterprise management and monitoring method that combines big data and Internet of Things technology, business opportunity acquisition, business quality monitoring and other aspects have greatly improved.
Introduction
The state of an enterprise’s cash flow even affects the survival of an enterprise. Existing companies have a huge need for capital because of their desire for economies of scale and their eagerness to improve their position in the market [1]. Therefore, under such a background, more and more enterprise managers begin to pay attention to the management of enterprise cash flow, expecting to achieve the goal of long-term development of the enterprise through this method [2]. For the management of cash flow, enterprise personnel must do a comprehensive analysis and decision-making to prevent the occurrence of one-sided work. It is essentially a distributed ledger that brings together technologies such as consensus algorithms, P2P, and cryptography [4]. Usually, the IoT system is divided into three-layer architecture: one is the application layer, which provides readable and actionable data to IoT users according to the data collected by the sensor devices and the data processing results of the server [9]. Common applications such as the Internet of Things and the Internet of Vehicles etc.; the second is the network layer, which communicates between devices through the Internet, the layer that carries the communication between the devices is the network layer, and the key technologies are Bluetooth, WIFI, etc.; the third is the perception layer, that is, the layer that uses sensor devices to collect external environmental data, the key technologies are GPS, RFID and so on [10]. Current scholars predict the trend of applying IoT technology to enterprise management as shown in Fig. 1.
Big data often involves a variety of participants, and the definition of participants’ data rights is one of the key issues that hinder the development of big data [11]. With the further development of data science in the future, this contradiction will be further stimulated, and once a contradiction in the direction of data occurs, it usually involves large enterprises [12]. How to quickly determine the ownership of data in the process of big data technology development, and how to use big data technology for enterprise development has also become the focus of scholars [13]. Data governance and the development of data science have a positive effect [14]. The current investment in big data by enterprises in various countries is shown in Table 2.

As data processing gradually develops from enterprise competition to international competition, the Chinese government put forward a plan for future research on big data and enterprise management in 2020, and listed data ownership and infrastructure construction as equally important [15]. The information that constitutes big data is different from conventional data information, mainly because the amount of information has reached the level of ZB, and this information can continuously generate new information, so that the entire big data technology exists in a dynamic way [21]. Big data is generally a large-scale collection of data that cannot be captured and processed by conventional means [22]. The way to deal with big data should use more skills, through skills to find efficient processes to deal with orders of magnitude, rapid growth, and complex patterns of information. The importance of big data lies mainly in its professional way of analyzing and mining data, discovering connections between information materials, and predicting the future [23]. At present, it is widely used in the application of big data in education, business, science and other fields, which is conducive to the rapid development of education, economy and society. However, disputes and controversies caused by the use of data by different companies or individuals sometimes appear in the public eye. Similar to the data disputes between Alibaba and Tencent, the data disputes between Meituan and Baidu Waimai all reflect the parties’ concerns about data attention to rights.

If a lot of money is invested and the expected effect is not achieved, the company will suffer financial losses, so BYD believes that by choosing to market traditional products, BYD can use big data analysis to bring its products to the market, even if it is not good for the company, it can also gain stability economic benefits. This has had a significant impact on the development of BYD’s big data product marketing.
Seriously fragmented information within enterprises

With the development of electronic equipment, infrastructure such as printers and computers have become the standard configuration of offices, but the advanced degree of these infrastructures is very important to work quality and work efficiency, and the response speed of equipment directly determines the speed of office work. Personnel marketing is the most traditional marketing method for autonomous vehicles, and it is also one of the most extensive marketing methods currently adopted by BYD. This change in marketing concept of life cycle brings huge benefits to companies and makes it easier for consumers’ data to be incorporated into the global economy, which is an essential part of the company’s production process.
